Cost per Full Table registration is $65
All sales rates are final. No discounts on tables will be available except for Current WinC members. The tables are 6 ft and consist of two chairs. If you are in need of another chair, you can rent next for the day via this Event page. Your location during the show is first come, first serve.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Rules and Regulations: Stealing of chairs from other tables is strictly prohibited from other vendors’ tables. WinC reserves the right to remove any vendor caught in the act of theft of any items or chairs from other vendors or Flushing Town Hall. It can and will lead to permanent removal from the Artist Market without a refund. Artist Market set-up time begins at 12:00pm both event days. All vendors must have their tables set up by 1:00pm. Doors open to the public at 1:00pm.
All vendors should have their materials packed and ready to exit Flushing Town Hall by 7:00 pm. Limited Electricity outlets will be available upon request. Wheelchair accessibility is available throughout the venue.
WinC and Flushing Town Hall are NOT responsible for any unattended belongings. Keep your belongings in sight.
Code of Conduct:
The Comics in the City Artist Market and Exhibition is an inclusive and safe space and we expect everyone to follow the Manifesto. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If anyone is exhibiting harassing behaviors, they will be not only removed from the event but from the premises and if necessary, reported to the police. If you witness or are the focus of harassment, please let a WinC or Flushing Town Hall staff member know.
By purchasing a table, you are agreeing to the aforementioned rules and regulations.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your table reservation, you will not receive a refund. Your space will be made available for resale or donation, with no reimbursement to you.
Table purchases are Non-Refundable or available for Exchange but can be transferred to another potential vendor upon approval by WinC Staff. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

All WinC Events adhere to Federal, State, and Venue COVID-19 Pandemic Guidelines and Mandates. WinC Creative Conference vendors and attendees are required to be fully vaccinated and are encouraged to wear masks while inside Flushing Town Hall. Disposable Masks and Sanitizer will be available at every in-person event.
