The Final Registration Deadline is July 7, 2022, 11:59 p.m.
Cost per Full Table registration is $120.00. Limited Summer Festival Passes are available. (Buy 3 tables at all 3 of our events at a discounted rate!) Vendors are welcome to bring their own table tents for outside events- must bring their own sand bags and/or tent stabilizers.
All sales rates are final. No discounts on tables will be available, execpt for Current WinC Members. Tables are 6-6.25ft and consists of two chairs. If you are in need of another chair, you can rent next for the day via this Event page. Your location during the show is based on Door Comic Con staff. ON SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT GUARANTEED. Rules and Regulations: Stealing of chairs from other tables is strictly prohibited from other vendor’s tables. Door Comic Con reserves the right to remove any vendor caught in the act of theft of any items or chairs from other vendors or The Door NYC. It can and will lead to permanent removal from the festival without refund. Festival set up time begins at 10am; all vendors must have their tables set up by 11:45am, Doors open to public at 12:00 pm. The festival will run from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All vendors should have their materials packed and ready to exit The Door NYC by 6:00 pm. Limited Electricity outlets will be available upon request. Wheelchair accessibility is available throughout the vending area.
WinC and The Door NYC is NOT responsible for any unattended belongings. Keep your belongings in sight.
Code of Conduct:
Door Comic Con is an inclusive and safe space and we expect everyone to follow the WinC Manfesto. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If anyone is exhibiting harassing behaviors they be not only removed from the event but from the premises and if necessary reported to the police. If you witness or are the focus of harassment please let a Door Comic Con staff member know.
By purchasing a table you are agreeing to the aforementioned rules and regulations.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your table reservation, you will not receive a refund. Your space will be made available for resale or donation, with no reimbursement to you.
Table purchases are Non Refundable or available for Exchange, but can be transfered to another potential vendor upon approval by Door Comic Con Staff. Email email@example.com for more information.

All WinC Events adhere to Federal, State and Venue COVID-19 Pandemic Guidelines and Mandates. WinC Creative Conference vendors and attendees are encouraged to wear masks while inside the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library. Disposable Masks and Sanitizer will be available at every in-person event.
